Why is it free?
The Standard plan covers everything a landlord needs to stay organised and compliant day-to-day. We make money when landlords upgrade individual properties to Pro for the advanced features they need less frequently — Section 8 notice generation, e-signatures, and move-in packs.
This means the free plan is genuinely useful and not a stripped-down teaser. You can manage a whole portfolio on Standard indefinitely and only pay for Pro on the properties where you need those features.

Pro is per property per month. Upgrade any property independently — others stay on the free Standard plan.
No time limit — genuinely free forever
There is no trial countdown on the Standard plan. You do not need to enter payment details. There is no automatic upgrade after 14 or 30 days. The Standard plan stays free for as long as you use it.
When you want to upgrade a property to Pro, you can do so at any time from your dashboard. If you downgrade, the property returns to Standard and you keep all your data.
